2. Enrollment Enrollment is free and may be completed through approved registration methods.

3. Earning Points Points are earned on qualifying purchases. Taxes, fees, gift cards, excluded products, or promotional items may not qualify. Returned purchases may result in point deductions.

4. Redeeming Rewards Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. The Bakery determines eligible redemption options.

5. Compliance with New York Cannabis Law All rewards are subject to applicable laws. Rewards may not reduce the selling price of cannabis below the minimum amount permitted by law. The Bakery may deny or modify redemptions to maintain regulatory compliance.

6. Promotional Offers Promotions may be modified or cancelled at any time and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

7. Point Expiration Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity unless otherwise required by law.

8. Returns and Exchanges Refunds may result in deduction of earned points and adjustment of redeemed rewards.

9. Fraud and Abuse The Bakery may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

10. Privacy Customer information is handled in accordance with The Bakery’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Communications Members may receive rewards-related communications. Marketing messages are optional and subject to customer consent.

12. Account Closure Unused rewards may be forfeited upon account closure, subject to applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability The Bakery is not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues or unauthorized account access to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
